• 1 Tbls Taro Brand Poi Powder
• 2 Tbls All-Purpose Flour
• 4 ½ Tbls Sugar
• ½ tsp Baking Powder
• 4 Tbls Water
• 2 Tbls Butter, melted
• 2 Tbls Lightly Salted Almonds, chopped (may sub with favorite nuts)
Mix all ingredients, except almonds, blend well. Preheat oven 250 degrees.
To prepare baking sheet: Coat baking sheet with cooking spray, line the sheet with foil (the foil will stick to sprayed surface). Spray top of foil.
Pour mixture on foil, tilt sheet until a thin layer is spread across surface. Sprinkle almonds evenly.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool, then break into large pieces.
