PERFECT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
For those of you who love peanut butter cookies, this recipe has the perfect blend of sweet and salty, the texture has a nice crisp exterior with a perfect rich peanut butter chewy center. Taro Brand Pancake mixes are the perfect solution for baking the perfect batch of cookies!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup crisco butter flavored shortening
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
6 ounce package Taro Brand Taro Pancake Mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except for the Taro Brand Pancake Mix. Mix ingredients well and slowly fold Taro Brand Taro Pancake Mix and mix until ingredients are completely incorporated. Scoop 1″ balls of dough onto cookie sheet and press dough in a criss-cross pattern
using a wet fork.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen cookies.
