Now you can eat poi all day, everyday with our healthy refrigerator oatmeal made with natural Hawaiian honey, raw cacao nibs and toasted coconut. Breakfast or snacking has never been more delicious with healthy, satisfying refrigerator oatmeal.


1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, unsweetened
1 cup Taro Brand fresh or Premium fresh frozen poi
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons Hawaiian honey, heated*
1/2 cup toasted coconut
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

Garnish: toasted coconut, raw cacao nibs, Hawaiian honey


Add rolled oats, almond milk, greek yogurt, poi in bowl and mix well. Add cinnamon, vanilla and warm honey. (Be sure to warm honey before mixing to ensure even distribution). Fold toasted coconut and cacao nibs. Put about 1/2 cup of oatmeal in glass bowls or jars and refrigerate covered overnight. Garnish with more toasted coconut, cacao nibs and warm honey. You can serve this nutritious poi oatmeal warm or cold as for breakfast or a healthy treat!
