QA Department
Analyst

Schedule: 4:00am - 7:45pm Sunday - Saturday (Five day/week - Must be Flexible)

Position is responsible for maintaining lab equipment, preparing lab supplies, conduct product testing and
sampling, and taking inventory. Candidate must have basic computer skills, ability to work in cold
environments for extended periods of time. Must fully support all food safety initiatives, but not limited to,
Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).

Production Department
Production Supervisor

Under the direction of the Production Manager, the key areas of responsibility will be: to ensure that all daily
production orders are fulfilled, raw materials received are in good order, finished products are in line with
QA standards, and the processing facility is consistently safe, clean, and properly sanitized according to
Company standards. The Department Assistant Manager is also required to fully support all food safety
initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice
(GMPs).

Poi Department
Poi Processor

Schedule: 6:30 am – 5:15 pm Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday

Position is responsible for sorting taro for processing and running poi machinery. Must be able to stand
for extended periods of time and lift at least 25 lbs. Valid driver's license and forklift experience required.
Must fully support all food safety initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)
and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs.)

Produce Processing Center (PPC)
Packer

Schedule: 6:00 am - 8:00 pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Expanding to Monday and Wednesday
operations (effective date to be determined)

Position is responsible for packing products into various weighted packages and sizes. Must be able to work
in cold conditions for extended periods of time and lift at least 25 lbs. Must fully support all food safety
initiatives including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice
(GMPs.)

Production Worker

Schedule: 6:00 am-8:00 pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Expanding to Monday and Wednesday
operations (effective date to be determined)

Position is responsible for operating produce processing machines. Candidate must be able to work in cold
conditions, operate a pallet jack, and be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Must fully support all food safety initiative
but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).

Sprouts Department
Production Worker

Schedule: 6:15 am-3:00 pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 6:15 am – 10:30 am on Mondays.

Position is responsible for assigned sprout processing to achieve daily orders in an orderly and efficient
manner. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Must fully support all food safety initiative including, but not limited
to, Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).

Repair and Maintenance Department
Plant Mechanic

Schedule: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Position is responsible for maintenance of produce processing equipment/facility. Must be able to lift up to
50 lbs. Must fully support all food safety initiative including, but not limited to, Global Food Safety Initiative
(GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
