EASY NO ROLL SUGAR COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 6 ounce package Taro Brand Taro Pancake Mix
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 egg
1/4 cup red and green decorative sugar
Heat oven to 400ºF. In large bowl, stir all ingredients except colored sugar until soft dough forms.
Shape dough into 1″ balls and roll in granulated sugar to coat. On un-greased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart and flatten slightly with bottom of glass. Bake 5 to 6 minutes.
Now making sugar cookies for the holidays is made simple with this no-roll sugar cookie recipe for the holidays. Simply mix ingredients, roll into balls and bake. We rolled these in red and green sugar to make these extra festive for the holidays!
