POI CUSTARD MOCHI

Ingredients:


• 2 cup Mochiko
• ¾ cup Taro Brand Poi Powder
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 2-1/2 cup Sugar
• 1-1/2 cup Milk
• 1-1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
• 5 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 block Butter, melted
• 1-2 cup Coconut flakes

Directions: Mix all ingredients, add cooled butter. Pour into 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Tip: When cooled, use a plastic knife to cut into squares.
