POI BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Try this nutritious and delicious poi blueberry smoothie.  You can use milk, almond milk, yogurt or even frozen yogurt.  Make it as healthy or as decadent as you wish!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup milk, almond milk, yogurt or frozen yogurt
1/4 cup prepared Taro Brand fresh or Fresh Frozen Poi
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 teaspoons honey

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender or bullet and blend for 30 seconds.  Add extra liquid if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
