BEAN SPROUT HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 pkg (10oz) TARO BRAND Mung Bean Sprouts, blanched & squeeze excess water

2 can Garbanzo Bean

1/4 cup Olive Oil

2 tbsp Tahini (optional)

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

2 tsp Garlic, chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all in blender until smooth.  Serve with assorted vegetables, pita bread & crackers.
