I brought a bag back from Hawaii and my family absolutely loved it! It is so easy - just add water - that my kids can make it themselves. I take it as gifts when visiting out of town relatives to bring them a little bit of Hawaii.

My parents brought some of this pancake mix back from Hawaii a few years ago. We all absolutely love it. Now when they go to Hawaii they bring more back. We decided over Thanksgiving that we absolutely need a bigger supply, so we are very happy that there is an online store.
For those who haven't tried it; definitely try this light, very tasty, and easy to make mix.
